Casey Kelbaugh Associates is a content creation agency based in New York City. While we strive to be the best in all of the services that we provide, we know that we are only as good as the contributors we attract, so we are doing things differently.
On top of the payments received per project, every contracted associate that works with CKA will be automatically enrolled in an annual profit share. At the end of each calendar year, 10% of the net profits earned by CKA will be redistributed to associates in proportion to their involvement. Every shoot day in a given year will translate into one point. At the end of the year, the points are tallied and funds are redistributed to the associates depending on their point total for the year.
